Finely chop the tomato, onion, green pepper, and cilantro, and finely shred the white cabbage.
Beat the eggs with the salt and black pepper, then mix the chopped vegetables into the eggs.
Warm the wheat flour chapati in a dry pan for 25 seconds on each side to soften it.
Brush the pan with a little vegetable oil and pour in one quarter of the egg mixture.
Cook the omelet for 2 minutes until the bottom sets, then cover it with one chapati.
Flip the omelet together with the chapati and cook for 1 more minute.
Remove from the pan and roll tightly, then prepare 3 more rolex with the remaining ingredients.
💡 Tip: Do not cook the omelet larger than the chapati; if the edges hang over, the wrap will not roll tightly and the filling will spill.
