Drain the boiled ciris and, once warm, squeeze out the water by hand.
Melt the butter in a pan and turn the ciris for 5 minutes.
Beat the eggs with salt and black pepper.
Pour the eggs into the pan and cook for 4 minutes, drawing the edges toward the center.
Serve ciris mihlas hot with lavash.
