Prepare the coffee, mix it with Marsala wine, and cool.
Whip the mascarpone, cream, and sugar until thick.
Dip the biscuits in coffee for 2 seconds and arrange them in the bottoms of the cups.
Divide half of the mascarpone cream over them.
Complete the second biscuit and cream layer in the same way.
Rest the cups in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Sift cocoa over them at serving time and serve cold.
