Knead the flour, water, and salt into a soft dough.
Remove the seedy watery part of the tomatoes and mix them with the zahter and olive oil.
Roll the dough thinly and spread the tomato zahter filling over it.
Bake the pide in a very hot oven until the base becomes crisp.
After removing from the oven, rest briefly and serve warm.
