Cut the apples into thin crescent slices.
Whisk the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and half of the sugar until smooth.
Melt the butter in a pan and soften the apples with the cinnamon and remaining sugar for 5 minutes.
Pour the batter over the apples.
Cook the pancake over medium low heat for 6 minutes, until the bottom is browned.
Turn the pancake and cook for 5 more minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
