Finely chop the beef sucuk and gently mix it with the ground beef, salt and cumin.
Divide the mixture into 4 patties and rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Mash the avocado with lime juice and mix the mayonnaise with chipotle pepper puree.
Heat a cast iron pan above 230°C and sear the patties for 3 minutes.
Flip the patties, add the cheese and cook for 3 more minutes.
Toast the burger buns in the pan for 1 minute.
Close the burgers with chipotle mayonnaise, lettuce, patty and avocado.
