Cut the beef into large cubes and marinate with soy sauce, garlic, and a little sugar for 20 minutes.
Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, and onion on the serving plate.
Heat the pan over very high heat for 2 minutes so the meat does not release its juices.
Cook the beef for 8 minutes, shaking the pan.
Mix the lime juice and black pepper dipping sauce in a small bowl.
