Divide the beef into 4 patties and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat a cast iron pan above 230°C and sear the patties for 2 minutes per side.
Place cheddar on the patties and melt for 1 minute.
Cook the eggs in the same pan for 3 minutes, keeping the yolks runny.
Add sauce, arugula, patty, beef bacon and egg to the buns and serve hot.
