Beat the veal slices thinly between two pieces of baking paper.
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Dip the slices alternately in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry the breaded meat in hot oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Place the fried milanesas on a baking tray.
Place tomato sauce, beef ham and mozzarella on top.
Bake in the oven at 220°C for 6-8 minutes until the cheese melts.
💡 Tip: Beating the meat slices very thinly will allow the inside to cook without getting hard during short frying.
