Prepare a tart dough with the flour, butter, cold water, and half of the salt.
Rest the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and cut rounds that will fit into muffin tins.
Whisk the brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and remaining salt.
Divide the raisins among the molds and pour the filling mixture over them.
Bake the tarts at 190°C for 18 minutes.
Let them rest in the molds for 15 minutes, then serve warm.
