Briefly blend two thirds of the corn kernels with the milk.
Add the remaining corn, egg, flour, sugar, and salt to the mixture.
Grease the pan with butter and heat over medium heat.
Pour small ladles of batter and cook the pancakes for 3 minutes.
Turn them over and cook the other side for 2 more minutes.
Serve warm with strained yogurt.
