Rest the batter for 8 minutes.
Lightly grease a pan with butter and heat over medium.
Pour small ladles of batter and cook the first side for 3 minutes.
Turn the pancakes and brown the second side for 2 minutes.
Cook the remaining batter the same way.
Serve the chorreados hot with strained yogurt.
