Add the milk and olive oil and whisk until the mixture comes together.
Combine the flour, kombe spice blend, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Add the dry mixture to the buttery mixture and knead a soft dough that does not stick to the hand.
Break off walnut-size pieces of dough and shape them in a kombe mold.
Press the tops of the cookies into sesame seeds and arrange them spaced apart on the tray.
Bake the Hatay kombesi in a 155°C oven for 22 minutes until light golden.
