Wash the spinach and chop it coarsely.
Finely chop the onion.
Soften the onion in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add spinach, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes until it wilts.
Mix strained yogurt and crushed garlic.
When the spinach is warm, mix it with yogurt.
Heat the chili pepper in the butter for 1 minute and pour it over the borani.
