Cut 250 g of paneer into cubes and fry it in a pan for 4 minutes.
Chop 300 g of spinach and add it to the pan with garam masala, without crushing the paneer.
Wilt the spinach for 6 minutes so the excess water evaporates.
Divide the filling among 3 lavash breads, without overfilling because it will spill while rolling.
Warm the wraps in a pan for 2 minutes, keeping the outside soft.
Serve warm with yogurt on the side.
