Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, finely chopped jalapeno and mayonnaise.
Divide the beef into four patties and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat a cast iron pan above 230°C.
Cook the first side of the patties for 4 minutes.
Flip the patties, spoon the jalapeno cheese mixture on top and cook for 3 more minutes.
Toast the burger buns in the pan for 1 minute.
Add lettuce, patty and pickles to the buns and close the burgers.
