Dice 2 zucchini small and measure 0.75 cup orzo.
Boil the orzo in 4 cups water for 8 minutes.
Add the zucchini and cook for 6 minutes.
Temper 1 cup yogurt with hot soup liquid so it does not curdle.
Add the yogurt to the pot and heat over low heat for 3 minutes.
Once you remove it from the heat, divide it into bowls immediately so the orzo does not become mushy.
