Add the clotted cream and stir for 5 minutes until it fully combines with the flour.
Dissolve the sugar in the water in a small bowl and add it gradually to the pan.
Cook the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring, until it comes together.
Spread the sweet mixture in a small tray and bake at 190°C for 6 minutes until lightly browned on top.
Sprinkle with walnuts and serve the dessert warm or at room temperature.
