Chop the figs into small pieces and warm the milk over low heat.
Soften the figs in the hot milk for 8 minutes so the seeds do not stay firm.
Divide the figs across the bottom of the cups and chill for 10 minutes.
Add the kaymak with a spoon and drizzle the molasses in a thin line.
Scatter the walnuts just before serving, so they do not soften and lose texture.
