Peel the zucchini in stripes and carefully hollow them out.
Fry the zucchini in hot oil for 4 minutes until lightly colored.
Chop the onion and cook it with the minced beef in a pan for 8 minutes.
Add the cooked chickpeas, pine nuts, tomato paste, salt and black pepper, then cook for 5 minutes.
Fill the zucchini with the mixture and arrange them in a baking dish.
Add the tomato puree and bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
Mix the yogurt with crushed garlic and serve the sihil mahsi with the garlic yogurt.
💡 Tip: Frying the zucchini before they fully soften helps them bake with the filling without falling apart.
