Let the fresh yeast and lukewarm water stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
Knead a soft dough with the flour, half the salt, and the yeast water.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Soften the onion in half the vegetable oil for 5 minutes, add the beef mince, and cook for 8 minutes.
Add the parsley, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and remaining salt to the beef filling, then cool it.
Divide and roll the dough, add the beef filling, and close each piece into a sealed half moon.
Brush the boreks with the remaining vegetable oil and bake at 200°C for 22 to 24 minutes.
