Knead a soft dough with the flour, yeast, warm water, salt, and vegetable oil.
Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
Divide the dough into two balls and roll them thinly.
Spread most of the tahini and sugar over the dough.
Fold the dough and shape it again into an oval pide.
Brush the remaining tahini and sugar over the top.
Bake the pides at 200°C for 18 to 20 minutes, until browned.
💡 Tip: Do not spread the tahini layer too thickly; thin layers melt with the sugar and sweeten the bread without making it heavy.
