Blend the coconut milk, coconut cream, water, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
Taste the mixture and add a small amount of sugar if needed.
Divide the mixture among small plastic or paper cups.
Freeze the cups for at least 4 hours, until firm.
Remove 2 minutes before serving and warm the outside of each cup gently in your palms.
