Knead a soft dough with the flour, water, yogurt, yeast, oil, and salt.
Let the dough rise for 35 minutes.
Finely chop the onion, peppers, and tomato, then mix them with the ground beef.
Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll each one to the size of a dessert plate.
Place filling on one half and close the dough into a half-moon.
Press the edges and brush the tops with egg yolk.
Bake the sembusek in a 180°C oven for 25 minutes until browned.
