Mix the lukewarm water, dry yeast, egg, vegetable oil, and 2 tablespoons of the honey.
Add the bread flour and salt and knead the firm dough for 10 minutes.
Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 10 pieces and shape rings.
Boil water with the remaining honey in a wide pot.
Boil the bagels in the honey water for 45 seconds per side.
Drain the bagels, coat them with sesame, and arrange on a tray.
Bake the bagels at 230°C for 16 to 18 minutes.
