Mix the warm milk, yeast, and some of the sugar, then let stand for 10 minutes.
Knead a soft dough with the flour, egg yolks, butter, salt, and yeasted milk.
Let the dough rise for 60 minutes.
Roll out the dough, cut rounds, and rest them for another 25 minutes.
Heat the oil to 170°C and fry the dough rounds until golden on both sides.
Fill the warm buns with jam.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
