Dice the onion and grate the tomatoes.
Saute the onion in vegetable oil for 6 minutes.
Add the garlic, ginger, cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, and red pepper flakes.
Add the ground beef and cook for 9 minutes, until its liquid evaporates.
Add the tomatoes and salt, and simmer for 8 minutes to thicken the sauce.
Add the peas and cook for 11 minutes.
Serve hot.
