Put the rice in a pot with the water and salt, and cook for 8 minutes until it absorbs the water.
Add the milk gradually while stirring.
Cook the porridge over low heat for 35 minutes, until the rice is completely soft.
Stir more often during the last 10 minutes so it does not catch on the bottom.
Spoon the risgrot into bowls and place butter in the center.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and granulated sugar, then serve hot.
