Press the tofu between paper towels for 10 minutes to dry it.
Heat the pan over medium heat for 2 minutes and lightly oil it with sesame oil.
Slice the tofu thinly and cook both sides in the pan for 6 minutes, until browned.
Loosen the gochujang with a little water and spread it on the bread slices.
Place the tofu and cucumber on the bread and close the toasts.
Press and heat the toast for 3 minutes, then serve once the bread is crisp.
