Knead the flour, yeast, sugar, warm water, olive oil, and salt into a soft dough.
Let the dough rise for 45 minutes, until doubled.
Finely chop the onion and mix it with the ground lamb, tomato paste, allspice, black pepper, lemon juice, and pine nuts.
Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll each into a thin oval.
Spread the meat mixture in a thin layer over the dough.
Bake the sfeeha in a 230°C oven for 12 to 14 minutes, until the edges brown.
Rest for 5 minutes after baking and serve with lemon.
