Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a deep bowl for 1 minute, until smooth.
Lay the stale bread in the egg mixture for 30 seconds, turn, and let the other side absorb it for another 30 seconds.
Coat both sides of the drained bread with the zahter and sesame mixture.
Heat the olive oil and butter together in a wide pan over medium heat and cook the bread slices for 6 minutes, until both sides are golden.
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with extra zahter, and serve hot.
