Boil the potatoes for 18 minutes and mash them coarsely.
Saute the onion and ground beef in a pan for 8 minutes.
Mix the potatoes, beef, cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Place filling in the center of each sheet and crack an egg over it.
Fold the sheet carefully into a square so the egg does not leak out.
