Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and orange zest.
Add the eggs, melted butter, and milk, then knead a fairly firm dough.
Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough thin, cut rectangles, and make a short slit in the center of each.
Pass one end through the slit to make the classic twisted shape.
Fry the pieces in 170°C oil for 3 minutes, until golden.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
