Hollow out the zucchini and potatoes and lightly salt the insides.
Knead the ground beef with rice, grated onion, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Arrange the dolmas in the pot, then add cinnamon and 2 cups of hot water.
Cook over low heat for 40 minutes.
