Cook the beef in the beef stock for 30 minutes, until tender.

Fry the onion in the oil for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and hot pepper and cook for 8 minutes, until thickened.
Add the egusi powder gradually, stirring so small clumps form.
Add the beef, beef stock, dried shrimp, and salt to the pot and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the spinach, soften it for 5 minutes, and serve hot.
