Cut the squid into rings or wide strips.
Mix the gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sugar.
Rest the squid in the sauce for 10 minutes.
Cut the vegetables thinly so they cook quickly.
Heat the oil very well in a wok, then turn the onion and carrot for 2 minutes.
Add the squid and remaining vegetables and stir fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
Serve with scallions and sesame seeds.
