Toast the semolina in a dry pan for 8 minutes, until fragrant.
Melt the butter and add the honey.
Gradually add the toasted semolina, stirring as you go.
When the mixture thickens, remove it from the heat.
Spread the tamina onto small plates and smooth the top lightly with the back of a spoon.
Serve warm with cinnamon and almonds.
💡 Tip: Toasting the semolina to a hazelnut color without burning it gives the dessert its main aroma.
